This includes getting enough sleep, eating well, and managing stress to help you feel energized and ready for the next phase of your pregnancy journey.

By prioritizing rest and sleep, eating a balanced and nutritious diet, incorporating exercise and physical activity, managing stress and anxiety, seeking support from loved ones and healthcare providers, trying alternative therapies and relaxation techniques, addressing underlying medical conditions, balancing work and pregnancy, and preparing for the arrival of your baby while resting enough, you can overcome tiredness during pregnancy and feel more energized throughout your pregnancy journey.
