Dicyclomine belongs to a class of drugs called anticholinergics. It relieves muscle spasms in the digestive tract by blocking the activity of certain natural substances in the body.

Uses:

Dicyclomine is used to deal with useful bowel or irritable bowel syndrome.

Dosage:

Dicyclomine is available as capsules, tablets, and oral syrup. In general, take 4 times a day. Take dicyclomine at about the same time each day so you don't forget to take it.
