Essential Nutrients for Healthy Skin During Pregnancy

Skin issues during pregnancy are common, but they can be managed. Pregnancy hormones can cause skin to become dry and itchy, as well as to develop dark patches and acne. Stretch marks can also occur due to the skin stretching during pregnancy. Additionally, varicose veins may appear in the legs.

Additionally, it is important to use a moisturizer that is specifically designed for pregnant women, as it can help to keep the skin hydrated and protect it from environmental damage. Lastly, it is important to wear an SPF of at least 30 to protect the skin from the sun's UV rays. Following these steps can help keep your skin healthy and glowing throughout your pregnancy.
