Uses:
Prednisolone is effective in a variety of inflammatory diseases such as arthritis, lupus, psoriasis, ulcerative colitis, allergic diseases, glandular disorders, and conditions that affect the skin, eyes, lungs, stomach, nervous system, or blood cells.
Dosage:
Prednisolone is available in tablets, orally disintegrating tablets (tablets that dissolve quickly in the mouth), solution , and suspension taken with food. Your doctor will tell you to take prednisolone at a certain time each day.Your personal dosing schedule will depend on your condition and response to treatment. Follow the directions on your prescription label carefully and ask your doctor or pharmacist to clarify any areas you do not understand. Take prednisolone as directed. Do not take more or less, more often or for longer than directed by your doctor.
