Methocarbamol, sold under brand names such as Robaxin. Methocarbamol belongs to a class of drugs called muscle relaxants. It works by slowing down nervous system activity and relaxing the body.
Uses:
- Methocarbamol is used with rest and physical therapy to treat skeletal muscle disorders such as pain and injury.
- Methocarbamol injections are sometimes used to treat tetanus or temporomandibular disorder ( Temporomandibular disorders (TMD) are disorders of the jaw muscles, temporomandibular joints, and the nerves associated with chronic facial pain. ), which causes painful muscle spasms.

Dosage:
Methocarbamol is available as an oral tablet. Usually at first he takes 4 times a day, but then he can change to 3-6 times a day. Do not take more or less, or more often than directed by your doctor.
